Nope! The main thing that sets accountants apart from bookkeepers is that they prepare/file taxes. Bookkeeping is much broader than just the tax piece. Yes, we are preparing your business all year long for a successful tax filing and help maximize your tax deduction, but we also help enable you to grow your business and your future. We help catch errors and even fraud and we help protect you in an audit, among many other things.

Yes, please! This is the part of my job that I find the most interesting and that I love! Take that massive wad of a knot that could be your books, and methodically unwind it into the long, beautiful string that it belongs. A string that has a beginning, and an end, and each part can clearly be seen by simply pointing it out somewhere along the line. This is how your books should always look so that anyone can clearly see the financial picture that your business is painting.

Nope, but I will prepare the financial statements for your CPA, or for you to file. I do offer full 1099 filing services for your business. I take care of all preparation and filing at both state and federal levels on your behalf by January’s deadline each year. Depending on your package, this service may be free or come at a small additional fee.
