Client’s Review: Carrie Postma

Carrie was one of my very first clients, and her review goes all the way back to my early days as a baby bookkeeper. She trusted me when my business was still brand new, and that trust helped build and refine my skill set in ways I still carry. She even introduced me to software I had never used before, which stretched me and helped me grow during those beginning years.

@inkandmousestudio shaped me in an entirely different way. Carrie created my branding and my website at a time when I didn’t yet know how to express who I was as a business owner. She pulled together my personality, my values, and the heart behind my work and turned it into a brand that felt like me. She gave me a visual identity long before I knew how to describe myself.

As time went on, our relationship grew past business. Carrie became a dear friend and a mentor. We had the privilege of leading together in a Bible study that is close to my heart. Serving alongside her changed me. She encouraged me, taught me, and helped me seek truth in all things. Her influence touched my business, my faith, and the way I move through life.

So hearing that she’s closing Ink & Mouse after nearly two decades brings that bittersweet mix of gratitude and tenderness. She’s following the calling God has placed on her heart, stepping fully into We Elevate PNW, and writing a book about spiritual practices. Every part of this next chapter fits who she is.

@we.elevate.pnw has already brought opportunities into my world, and I haven’t even made it to a single event yet!! That’s the kind of community Carrie builds.

Her creativity isn’t retiring. Her influence isn’t retiring. And my gratitude for her never will.

Love you Carrie. So glad I get to call you a forever friend. 🤍
